Our coordination package is for the couple that is on top of the planning and design, but is looking for someone to tie together all the loose ends and execute their big day. We start working together three months prior and assist with the final details meeting, vendor communication and overall logistics. This package includes digital planning templates and vendor referrals to help you during the process. We want you to feel like a guest at your wedding too.
Communication starts three months prior to wedding date.
One Principal Planner and Two Assistant Coordinators included on your wedding day for up to 200 guests.
Up to 10 total working hours for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception coordination.
One hour Ceremony Rehearsal practice the day before the event with the Principal Planner.
One in person final details meeting about 4-6 weeks prior to wedding date at venue.
One hour onboarding planning call after initial booking is complete.
Three 30 minute phone calls to be used once your service begins.
Create a minute to minute day of wedding timeline and venue diagram.
Professional digital templates will be provided to assist in your own wedding planning.
Vendor recommendations for Florals, Catering, DJ/Band, Photo/Video, Officiant, etc.
Review contracts of vendors to confirm quantities, orders and details.
Contact vendors to coordinate set-up/strike times and collect required liability insurance.
Ensure wedding day activities run smoothly and troubleshoot when needed.
Assistance with setting up specific personal decor not provided by other vendors.
Pack up personal belongings and wedding decor after the event.
