Let the experienced team (aka the “Ko.’s” of Koral & Ko.) come in to tie up that pretty bow for you. This is similar to the regular coordination package, but major difference is you do not receive planning templates, vendor referrals or Koral as your principal planner. Your lead coordinator will be assigned one month prior. We will make sure nothing was missed during planning. We’re the main point of contact for vendors and guests.

  • Communication starts one month prior to wedding date.

  • One Koral & Ko. Lead Coordinator and One Assistant Coordinator included on your wedding day for up to 100 guests.

  • Up to 9 total working hours for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception coordination.

  • One hour Ceremony Rehearsal practice the day before the event with the Lead Coordinator.

  • One in person final details meeting about 2-3 weeks prior to wedding date at venue.

  • One hour onboarding planning call after initial booking is complete.

  • Two 30 minute phone calls to be used once your service begins.

  • Create a minute to minute day of wedding timeline and venue diagram.

  • Review contracts of vendors to confirm quantities, orders and details.

  • Contact vendors to coordinate set-up/strike times and collect required liability insurance.

  • Ensure wedding day activities run smoothly and troubleshoot when needed.

  • Assistance with setting up specific personal decor not provided by other vendors.

  • Pack up personal belongings and wedding decor after the event.

  • Full access to our event emergency kit to help in any mishap.
