team workshop

With the start of Koral and Ko there has been many exciting milestones that have been happening. One of the most rewarding is being able to start my own team. Growing a team is allowing me to do more events for clients and provide better service on your wedding day. 

Once hiring my amazing team, I wanted to bring all the girls together to not only train on my expectations and the wedding industry but also be able to team bond and get to know one another.

The event took place at a cute office space, Coastal Collectives, where the atmosphere was filled with positive energy, laughter, and a want to learn more about the industry. The workshop kicked off with a sumptuous charcuterie board and beverages to choose from. The girls had an opportunity to grab their plates and drinks and chat with one another for some time. This allowed the girls to break the ice before the workshop truly began.

While fun was the main priority, there were also a few things to be done. We started off by getting team photos in our all white attire and headshots for their professional portfolios. Followed by training on napkin folding, how to construct a boutonniere incase of an emergency and staging an aesthetic photo for the bride and groom.

The workshop was a success and while work was done, there was more fun to be had!
